High throughput piston inspection system

When an assembly line has a throughput of 1,400 per hour, quality inspections are essential but difficult with a human-only workforce. Our automotive customer needed an automated, high-throughput inspection system, so JR Automation designed and deployed six applications that collaborated to inspect all manufactured parts in 360 degrees.

Umbilicus leak tester

One of our medical customers needed an exact leak testing system for its blood separation umbilicus product. Our FDA-compliant design met the specifications for leakage and pressure. We deployed an automated machine to efficiently and ergonomically leak test each of the five lumens (tubes).
